Theres no doubt you are well intentioned, but you know as well I do that your carbon footprint must be at least 4 times that of an average Brit, the amount of flights you've taken in your blog is just the tip of the iceberg and how do you get to all these dinner engagements that you go to almost every night of the week? A private car I suspect. Don't talk about offsetting, offsetting is ridiculous, the equivalent is saying I'll use recreational drugs but i'll donate some money to a drug rehab unit to offset my unethical lifestyle. Offsetting is dubious, not only does it not change your current lifestyle in the slightest, but it justifies it...and thats wrong. And you interview Al Gore, a man whose domestic energy usage is 18-20 times that of an average American. Quite frankly, ad hominems are very powerful, if you don't live a lifestyle according to what you preach, then whatever you preached will be laughed at as all due respect will be lost.
interesting reading about the enviroment, and saving energy, i shall now unplug that mobile phone recharger as i did not realise until i read your blog that it was wasting energy, its amazing what you read, bye bye cool girl june xxx
